Bluff Oyster Festival
It's that time of the year again when all us seafood lover's tastebuds get going for the opening of the Oyster season. This weekend once again sees the annual event the Bluff Oyster Festival take place in the rustic seaside town of Bluff in New Zealand's far south. Overseas as well as New Zealand locals flock to this event to taste Oysters served fresh, battered, in pies and in sauces, as well as a variety of other local seafood delicacies. An event not to be missed.
